Privacy Policy

What this site collects, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 15 June 2026.

This policy explains what information vigtek.co collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website. The products we build, such as SearchTexasTax, PBX, and Atlas, run on their own systems and carry their own terms and notices where those apply.

What we collect

Information you send us. If you fill out the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your organization if you choose to add it, and whatever you write in the message. We also record the time it was sent and your browser’s user-agent string, which helps us catch abuse.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we use Google Analytics to understand how vigtek.co is used. It notes things such as the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, the kind of device and browser you use, and the site that referred you. This is tied to a randomly generated identifier rather than to your name. Our host also keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address.

How we use it

We use what you send through the form to read your message and reply to it. We use the analytics to see which pages people find useful and to improve the site. We use server logs to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to measure visits. If you would rather it didn’t, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s official opt-out add-on. Blocking these cookies will not stop you from using the site. You can read how Google handles this data in its privacy policy.

Who else handles your data

A few services help us run the site and process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel hosts the site and serves the pages.
  • Supabase stores contact-form submissions in a database we control.
  • Resend delivers the contact-form message to us by email.
  • Google Analytics provides the traffic measurement described above.

Each of these handles your data only so the site can function. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where we need to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Where your data is kept

The website and its data are hosted in the United States. If you contact us from somewhere else, your information will be processed there.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to hold a record of our correspondence. Analytics data is kept according to Google’s retention settings. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or your state’s privacy law, and we will honor those where they apply.

Children

This site is meant for a general, professional audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Contact submissions land in a database that is locked down so they cannot be read back through the public site. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection, but we treat your information with care.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will try to make that clear.

Getting in touch

If you have a question about this policy or about your information, use the contact form and it will reach us directly.
